diptyque and the art of customer service

I was at a press event today where they served sip, a new brand of vitamin water that just launched in London and claims to be "the original skin drink." It boldly claims to "sip your way to younger radiant skin". The company name is Inside-out Beauty, which is an interesting concept. It sounds just a bit snakeoily, but I admire the effort to blend personal care with a beverage.
